Hi, Marissa and Coley here — sisters-in-law, and now your new favorite mom friends. We created Spill the MILF after realizing just how isolating, beautiful, and messy motherhood can be. We’ve seen it all: the chaos, the beauty, and the identity shifts that nobody prepares you for.

Milf is obviously a play on milk here ;) and to be clear, the word milf in this space is not mom i’d like to f***. it’s mom i’d like to feel like. 

This is a space for moms who are figuring it out as they go — with zero judgment and a whole lot of honesty. This isn’t about being the “perfect mom.” It’s about being real: messy, funny, exhausted, emotional, sad, happy.
